S & M Owners, John Saba and Paul Martin, have 35 years of experience combined in the real estate development and investment industry. John Saba is a licensed construction supervisor and licensed real estate broker. He is also a real estate investor. Paul Martin is a licensed construction supervisor and licensed plumber. Working in real estate, they realized the need for professional, competent and dependable dealers in the growing modular home market.
